SF360VR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you may do so at no chargeby giving us at least a 24-hour notice. All appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice will result in a$99 cancellation fee.

2. If our photographer arrives on site and he is unable to enter the propertyor unable to safely conduct the job (for instance animals not caged or restrained), he’ll contact the client and remain onsite for up to 15 minutes waiting for the situation to be resolved. If no solution can be found in the meantime, the appointment will be cancelled. A cancellation fee equals to 50% of the 3D Virtual Tour service will be charged in this case.

3. There are times when severe weather may interrupt or prevent a timely job completion. In these cases, we’ll allow job rescheduling at no cost even within the 24-hour window.

4. For jobs located 30 miles over our coverage area we may add atrip charge to compensate for longer driving time and gas charges: $99(between 30 to 50 miles one way) and $129 (over 50 miles one way)

5. We make every effort to deliver all marketing materials within 2 days after the day of the 3D shooting but we can’t guarantee it. In rare occasions (and especially with large properties), it might take a little bit longer for us to postprocess all materials.

6. 3D Virtual Tours cannot be edited. A 3D scan is NOT a video. It is recommended that clients prepare properties or businesses before the 3D scanning takes place by removing personal items or anything that clients do not want to appear in the 3D Virtual Tour.

7. Areas not easily accessible or too small to allow3D camera inside will not be scanned.Also, some areas will not be scannedincluding but not limited to inside of closets, utility rooms, attic…

8. A complete 3D scan can only be accomplished between connected spaces. Detached garages, backyard sheds, guesthouses or separate units will not be accessible via the 3D Virtual Tour path. They willonly show via 360-degree photo, included in the highlight reel. If client desires that separate structures be created as 3D Virtual Tour instead of 360-degree photos, an additional 3D Virtual Tour will need to be created specifically for these structures (additional fees will apply).

9. Cloud Hosting:
– 3D Virtual Tours for Residential Real Estate properties will be hosted for free for the first 6 (six) months, (typical listing period).
– 3D Virtual Tours for Commercial real Estate and Businesses will be hosted for free for the first 12 (twelve) months.
At the end of the initial period, the 3D Virtual Tour links will become inactive and no longer visible online. Clients may then extend the cloud hosting period for either $99 for a 6-month period or $149 for a 12-month period.
If 15 days after expiration, the cloud hosting was not renewed, the 3D Virtual Tour will then be deleted from the servers. Once deleted, it cannot be retrieved, and a new 3D Virtual Tour will need to be purchased if the client later decides to have a 3D Virtual Tour of the same space.

We collect it fairly and legally, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with the requested service. We’ll protect what data we store with commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.We don’t publicly share any personally identifying information with third parties except when required to by law.Our website may link to external sites that we do not operate. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

2. Email and text message communications: We use email and text messaging to communicate with you about your service. Standard messaging rates apply, and the frequency of messages may vary. Mobile Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.No email and mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

3. Opt-out of email and text message communications. You may opt out of our emails and text messaging by unsubscribing or replying STOP to any message or contacting us at team@media360vr.com. This will end the communications from that email/phone number. You may continue receiving service-related and other non-marketing text messages from different phone numbers managed by MEDIA360VR, and you may opt out of those similarly.You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
