You can book a shoot directly through our website or by contacting us via phone or email. Simply click on the BOOK NOW button, provide the property details and select the service package you need. We will confirm the booking and send you a preparation checklist.

Our standard turnaround is 2 business days after the appointment. Orders that include virtual staging typically require one additional day, and video services may take longer depending on the project scope. We also offer a rush delivery option for next-day turnaround at an additional fee.

We accept all major credit cards. Payment is typically due on the day of the appointment, but you also have the option to pay upon delivery of the final media package. You’ll be able to review all deliverables before payment, but downloads will only be available once payment is completed.

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot will incur a $99 cancellation fee, as we’re unable to fill the time slot on short notice.
